Taco Chicken
1/2 cup flour
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 lbs. cut up chicken parts
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup crushed corn chips
Combine flour and taco seasoning in paper, or plastic bag and add 3 chicken pieces at a time and shake. Dip in melted butter to cover and roll in crushed corn chips (you may need more than just the 1 cup) and place in foil-lined 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 375º for 50
to 60 minutes until brown and crispy.
